Would try one more time

Liked: Laundry available, good parking, close to what I needed
Disliked: Room was dirty when we checked in, something spilled on floor and food left in the fridge. Laundry room had garbage about and did see a cockroach

Liked: The bed was great. The coffee was good.
Disliked: The toilet had a problem flushing. You had to hold the handle down. Everything else was fine.

Liked: Room was ready, on time.Conveniently located for my event.
Disliked: No facial tissues in the box under the sink.Very, very light breakfast!

Liked: I liked the location of the property.
Disliked: It was dirty. The entire hotel smelled like pot. I could not get away from it. The front desk worker was dressed in a top that had a big cut out in the front that exposed her breasts. She had no bra on. My family and I felt very uncomfortable the whole time
