Disliked: The mattress was terrible. The water would not turn off in the tub.

Liked: Check in easy staff nice!
Disliked: Room was nasty! Hair on toilet. Dirty switch plates. Stained towels and rags. Very gross.

Unpleasant.

Disliked: The room was dirty, the bed sheets were filthy, the bathroom had not been cleaned and the towels were disgusting.
