Liked: Called since 3am to notify the front desk of my early arrival. When I got there 7am front desk was on their phone. I asked why my calls were not going through, he had the phone on silent mean while I was calling since 3am. I was traveling with 2 of my kids. Drove 4 hours to know I wasn’t able to get an early check in because the front desk did not answer their phone.
Disliked: If front desk answered and did their job correctly. Very unprofessional

Disliked: The computer system was down when we were going to check in. Had to wait a long time. The people that worked there were not very service minded.

Disliked: The pictures on the website are miss leading. The ceiling in our room had water stains and part of it was missing. It is not very clean. The water in the shower did not get hot. The hair dryer did not work. I also didn’t feel safe. When my family and I were checking in, the desk agent announced our room number to a room full of other customers. In the past we had a hotel room broken into and our belongings were stolen. It also did not seem like a secure hotel. The side entrance was open to the public, anyone could walk in. Overall I was unhappy with the stay.
