Attack of the Ants

Liked: I liked that it was close to all the things I wanted to do.
Disliked: There was an ant problem in our room and managed said they would give us a 15% off but when booking tried to contact the management they did not respond. The management were the ones who told me to call booking so they could give me the discount but then they did not respond . Instead of them changing our room the just bleached and sprayed bug spray and we told them that our daughter has asthma and still they did not change our room. So very disappointed with this.

Liked: We got the suite that offered enough room for my big family. There was a spa tub inside which was great option, a lot of room and great staff. Great location to the freeway and other stores.
Disliked: The suite that fit our family seemed to have not been stayed in for a while, it had quite the spiders and ants. I killed 4 spiders while being there and they were all the size of a quarter or bigger. I understand the weather and maybe it's been vacant for a while but the 3rd day we were there we noticed an ant problem also.
