Disliked: Floors and walla are thin. There were kids above me than bumped and jumped starting at 8 AM. Next door to us was a man who was very loud arguing with whomever was accompanying him.

Disliked: Yes I got completely bit up by bed bugs and they would not honor a refund whatsoever. Will never be going back after this one... I'm very sad about it. I have no problem with the staff other than I'm not sure how they didn't know about a bed bug infestati

Disliked: The room was filthy dirty. Dirty towels with candy prints and old makeup on them. Hair all over the tub walls. Dirty hand prints on the headboard. Just dirty!

Cheap and gross, booking elsewhere...

Disliked: Bare floors that conduct noise from above. A bigger bottle of shampoo and conditioner. A chair other than the desk chair and the bed. The pool area was a nightmare inducing scene of a one-third filled pool of cloudy water. The door to it was clear the pool was closed, because of the Will County Health Dept. Closure sign stating the reason was "owners have no IDPH * pool operating license." Old mattress. Only one lightbulb bulb in operation in bathroom, bulb #2 kaput, #3 would stop flickering after 2 minutes if you left it on. Room lamps at bedside had two bulb sockets and one bulb in each lamp for a total of four sockets and two bulbs. No USB outlets anywhere. There was black mold around the edge of the tub. Water pressure was week. One towel for two guests. * IL Dept. of Public Health
