It was the worse hotel...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There was no ice machine. The door had no security latch. The remote didn't work. The bedspread was stained. There was no working phone in the room. The staff brought up a new remote but had an attitude about it. I have never paid so much for so little in my life.

It’s cheap so can’t complain...

Liked: Nothing building is old and run down
Disliked: Had a weird smell throughout building, stains in just about all the carpet, upon arriving to my room inspecting the bed there was hair in the sheets from someone previously.

Bad

Liked: The staff was friendly and the location was good
Disliked: I paid for a king suite with a spa, but the spa was broken and I paid full price and because I booked it through booking.com they couldn't adjust the price or refund my money.

Stay was good but without...

Liked: The reason I picked it was for the pool. But it was closed.
Disliked: Nice clean room

Disliked: We had a whirlpool tub in our room and it was dirty . Asked front desk to clean it and they called and said it was not working. We only stayed there for that tub since we drove 9 hrs and wanted to soak in tub . Hallway leading to elevator smelled like cat piss. Staff was rude.

Waiting for refund

Disliked: I am awaiting a refund still as they had given me a key to a room that was already taken by someone. Very scary and unclean

Liked: the room was very nice, and the lady at the front desk ,was pleasantly...terrific ...while waiting on me to book online
Disliked: carpet ,missing off stairs ...and parking on the street
