Liked: I really liked this hotel. It was near all the different restaurants and close to other major parts of the city. It was also really clean and I liked the customer service provided to me. The front desk clerk was really friendly and gave great suggestions about food and things to do. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Lexington.

Liked: I loved how clean the rooms were, it felt like my own room at home. The staff was also amazing! Overall the hospitality was just true southern hospitality!
Disliked: I loved everything.

Disliked: I booked this hotel specifically for the handicap pool chair access only to find it didn’t work. They don’t have towels for the pool. They don’t have breakfast as advertised. Housekeeping does not come around to clean while you’re staying. We had to ask about our garbage only to find we were supposed to place in the hallway. No tissues or napkins in the room. One room had two towels to last 4 nights for 4 people. While staff was friendly, we often had to wait in a line at the front desk for any assistance cause they were outside smoking. We were overall disappointed with our stay we checked out a day early.

Will not be back unless...

Liked: The location was close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: The room was “clean”. I say that because it looked clean when we first came in and didn’t have a smell or anything. The air was completely off and it was so hot and stuffy but we turned the unit on and left for dinner. But after going to eat and coming back the room REEKED of old cigarettes and weed. (We booked a non smoking room) It was musty and humid the whole weekend. The smell is embedded into the fabric of the bed linens. My pillows smelled terrible. The only reason we stayed is because other places were booked and couldn’t find another place. The hallways stank and the stairwells smelled like old dog pee. It was not pleasant coming back after long days and coming into a muggy, stinky room. The lady running the front desk was very nice and helpful. The Staff is NOT the problem. Everything needs to be fumigated and replaced. They can only clean it so much before the fixtures/linen need replacing.

This should be a $50...

Disliked: We checked in very late as we were traveling. The guy at the desk was nice and helpful with us checking in so late. Walked into the room hit with a strong smell. It smelled OLD & like mildew. The carpet was filthy and wet… the floor is like falling in near the a/c unit. Bathroom very old dirty and rusty. Pull out couch had no linens which I was provided after asking. The couch was dirty like the arm parts and back were black!! WiFi sucks! When I asked the lady at the desk. She barely made eye contact and said oh it’s working for me… sarcastic and didn’t give a care in the world about her crappy work location. Anyways we checked out early because ITS GROSS! The lady said oh did you know you’re supposed to be checking out tomorrow. I said yes I know and I’m ready to check out now. She simply said ok. 0 hospitality or care. Now I wasn’t expecting anything grand but this was ridiculous. Very unhappy and wasted money having to find a new hotel!
