Could have been better

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the location was really convenient for me.
Disliked: I booked it because it had a pool listed but got there it wasn't open, nor was it a very pretty sight. One of the stairways smelled like throw up from the time we got there till we left. There were mattresses and pieces of beds just laying on outside on the sidewalk. Doesn't look like anyone picked up trash on the property. The tile in my room was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, and the shower curtain was stained. There was also a stain on the bed covers.

Disappointing

Disliked: The mattress was dirty full of dog hair. The room service never happened including taking the garbage out.

Disliked: The place was extremely dirty. I stuck to the floor when I was walking on it. There were horrible stains on the carpet, dried pee on the toilet. I called and requested a refund and it was granted. I did book another hotel through booking.com which was amazing.

Disliked: The mattress wasn't very comfortable and there is no breakfast

Great hotel—- terrible road access...

Liked: Hotel and staff were great. Clean and very nice. See comment below about ongoing traffic jam. Someone told me traffic has been like that for a long time so that is why price was so low
Disliked: Traffic jam seems to be standard due to long term road work. We were stuck for over 2 hrs at an almost standstill. Hotel was great but getting there was a nightmare — esp with nervous dog n car
