Liked: They never had what they promised. Nothing!
Disliked: My family came from California, Ohio, Missouri as well as Michigan to attend a family reunion. I personally booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. I was told some sort of breakfast would be served including a waffle and a few other items including fruit. I was told it was a clean, safe and in good condition room. I expected to have our room refreshed at least once during our stay.I knew we made a mistake when I had to put my son on the room he was in that I paid for. The staff made it seem that we could have left and went somewhere else and it would not have bothered them. They also made it clear that we weren't entitled to regular service because we were an extended stay ( they said that on 3 different occasions ). Saturday and Sunday the hotel didn't offer the food we expected ( they ran out at 8:00 am) but it wasn't that big of a deal, we went next door and got a real breakfast and put the leftovers in the rusted refrigerator. When we returned to the room we discovered several roaches. We went to Walmart and bought some spray because if they were in our room, they were probably throughout the property and moving wouldn't serve any purpose. Later that night the other room my family was staying in, the toilet overflowed. Couldn't report it via phone because there was no cord! My son went to report it and ' junior ' who claimed the be the manager handed him a plunger to go handle it! I told the ' manager ' that I didn't realize that plumbing was the customers responsible. And when I questioned him about it he refused to acknowledge my conversation as he prepared a key to another room. Last night when my wife and I couldn't get in our room we again was forced to deal with this same 'manager'. After asking several silly questions he asked for my phone #. Again I questioned him regarding my keys not working it wasn't a big deal to him. When pressed as to why the key didnt work, again he played dumb with no answers.

Disliked: Outside in run down! The breakfast is exactly the same everyday needs a little more variety !

Liked: Had continental breakfast and good air conditioner . Satisfactorily clean.
Disliked: Facility looked old and not being kept updated. Needs painting. Equipment, such has microwave was not working and had to be removed. So, we were told to use the one at front desk. But it was dirty. Also, booking was for queen bed, but beds were only a double. Staff was hard to understand.

Not a good experience

Liked: Breakfast was OK, .
Disliked: room AC leaked water all over the floor. Wouldn't move me to another room. There was a crack in the ceiling all the way across the room from the front door to the bathroom. The faucet in the bathroom leaked water all over the counter

Very poor

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly. I liked that the parking was close to my room.
Disliked: The bed had burned cigarette buds on the bed sheet, which was very disgusting. I didn't even want to sleep in my bed. Thankfully, it was only for one night, and I will not stay there again unless I have too.

Liked: Absolutely terrible. Extra charges when I didn’t book an extra nite. Never had anyone cancel on my behalf and still charge me a fee.
