Great place to stay

Liked: Staff is so nice and helpful. The location is near the airport and near public bus. There are snack and drink machines for guests. Airport shuttle service is available but we didn’t use because we have to go to another town.
Disliked: The property is quite old and not that clean. Coffee kettle had not been cleaned. There was leftover coffee in it from previous guests. Floor had not been properly cleaned.

Liked: Close to IMS
Disliked: Room with 2 beds was too small for 3 adults. Sink too high for short people. No noise protection from the very loud highway right next to property. No functioning clocks in room

Race weekend blues.

Liked: Nice room with comfortable bed.
Disliked: NOISE! I could hear people in the lobby talking like they were standing in my room. Car alarms in the parking lot. At 5 am someone outside my room vacuuming. Also tv cable was disconnected so had to have a tech come fix it. No breakfast. Price was jacked up for race weekend.

A good value for the...

Liked: Good value for the price. Quiet except for some road noise from the nearby freeway. Clean.
Disliked: Some minor things. Soap and lotion dispensers were empty. TV remote controls were confusing. You had to use two.

Very good

Liked: Customer Service exceeded my expectation. Check-in was attentive, welcoming, and easy.The room was comfortable. The TV channels & WiFi worked. We also liked having a small fridge, microwave and a bathtub.
