Liked: Breakfast was completely adequate. Location with respect to Glimmerglass Festival was convenient (19 miles distant).
Disliked: Roomwas rather clean but also rather worn.

If you just looking to...

Liked: If you want to be located right next to the highway this is your place . The building behind the main building where we stayed is literally built right next to the highway . I was worried that if there was an accident in the highway a car or truck could fly off into the building .
Disliked: The building is sandwiched in between the highway and train tracks . It’s very funny when you think about it . At one point you got the cars and trucks flying by on one side and the other side there was a long train coming through . I was a little skeptical about the condition of the place when I arrived . However the main lobby is really nice ! It would seem the did a real nice up grade in the main lobby but didn’t spend any on the rest of the place . I put a picture of the nice lobby and the first impression is great but they need to update the rest of the place big time . We had a small table in our room as well and it was filthy under the table with dust and a dead bug . But there was an envelope if you wanted to tip the house keeper lol. I’ve seen worse however this was not up to other res roof inns I’ve stayed at .

Liked: It’s an older hotel, so a bit dated, but was perfectly comfortable and clean. No frills, but a great staff. We appreciated the ev charging station adjacent to the property.

Liked: Laundry was a huge plus.
Disliked: Breakfast was pedestrian. But didn't expect much. Coffee could have been better.

Maintained nicely, good atmosphere in...

Liked: Needed a place not too far away from Cooperstown for Hall of Fame Ceramony. This was 20 minutes away and everything else was booked. The place really surprised me: Older property (with bigger rooms, naturally) that has been very well kept up. Breakfast was much better than most. Room clean and beds comfortable. It was a one-night stop for us, that I would use again if in the area.
Disliked: Access to laundry room later. Perhaps it needs to be locked for concerns, but would have liked to run laundry at 9pm after our big day and past stops.
