Beautiful Outdoor Pool Area

Liked: The property is sweet well kept around the grounds. Beautiful pool area. The cleaning staff should take a little more pride in their work by wiping things down. Handprints on the walls in the bathroom dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The room was ground level and there was a lot of ants. I understand that it’s spring but there wasn’t 1 trap anywhere.
Disliked: Bathroom could definitely been cleaner. Floors, dust and hair in the corners. All along front of shower. Lots of ants in the room could use some traps.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: My itinerary required me to check out of the rooms a day early. We knew this soon after checking in. I spoke to the front desk and they said it was fine with them but that since I prepaid for the room with Booking.com I would have to go to them for the refund. I contacted Booking.com and they told me that the Hotel had a problem with the refund. I felt jerked around and will think twice before booking with Booking.com or Red Roof Inn again.

Comfortable and relaxing facility after...

Liked: Very convenient to local stores and highways.
Disliked: The only disappointment, the Red Roof Inn did not have a RED ROOF??? C

Liked: Great stay on a road. Really quite place with great staff, nice, spacious rooms. Perfect place to spend a night between travels. Breakfast was real nice with many options.
Disliked: Everything was great.
