Disliked: Honestly, from check-in to leaving this was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had all the way around the staff was super unwelcoming they wanted a cash security deposit with no record I told them to cancel it if that were the case and then they changed their mind also the room was disgusting and I mean disgusting everything was broken some things held together with duct tape not as advertised only one towel two pillows were filled with foam no conditioner seriously the worst experience.

Liked: It was quiet...Easy highway access
Disliked: Drapes had splattered blood on them & so did bedspread!Was charged $100 cash deposit upon arrival & ($20/room card if lost), which I complained to them that this wasn't on their sitePool etc etc was "under reconstruction"Breakfast was "running" in the door to facility in Walmart bags @ 9am...Pillows were very small(about 12x12) & cases were yellowishHad to request extra pillows & hand towel for 2 people (I picked them up in lobby)Finally got internet connection but was told it was so weak that it won't work...But MOSTLY this was a state"welfare" hotel for housing folks...plants & cats in windows etcDisappointed that Booking.com doesn't know what's happening

Low expectations. And still disappeared

Liked: At 7pm room wasn't ready.coffee machine had no filte,r offee or cups.The bathroom had 1 towel. King superior room had 2 tiny pillows. And no phone in the room .thus had to go to 3 flights down and was told .maintenance will be back at 8 am. I can come down to get coffee. I dont blame the staff they seem overwhelmed and understaffed. Very disappointed in the overall experience. The bar was not set high. Basically, I just expected a clean room with basic items such as PHONE, TOWELS COFFEE, and FILTERS

Disliked: This property is being posted as another. That is false advertising. I came to the hotel was greeted by the smell of mildew , cockroaches in the flowers , and clearly no balcony’s. There are other reports of FAR worse line shady people hanging in the hallways. I came here with my child and was not expecting what I saw. If it were anything else I wouldn’t be asking for a refund. But this posting is completely misleading. I understand it maybe for sales , for those who are coming from other states it’s bad business.

Superb

Understaffed but over delivered

Liked: Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even though they found themselves understaffed and fully booked for that weekend, they still made an effort to see we had a comfortable stay. Dog friendly!!!
Disliked: Cant really complain. For the price, you really can't beat it.
