Liked: Staff were nice, convenient location
Disliked: Room floor was dirty, non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes including pillows and sheets, no soap/shampoo.

Liked: The location was convenient because that’s where my wife, 3 kids & dog were going to stay for a few hours before we set out for Appalachia.
Disliked: this stay didn’t happen because the front desk agent who I spoke with earlier in the day on the phone never told me about a $100 fee the hotel was going to charge us. When i said that was BS, she called the police on me & had me escorted off the property! As if I were wrong for calling a surprise fee for what it was (not her) but she took it personal. So at 1am in the morning I had to find another hotel to accommodate my 3 kids and dog & had to pay AGAIN & double the price of my stay! I didn’t receive a refund until 15 days later & had to call several times to get it. I called bookings.con & spoke with a manager who couldn’t get our money back sooner & although apologetic didn’t offer to extend any further compensation! This was a trip from HELL and I will not use bookings.com ever again, nor will I EVER CONSIDER A RED ROOF INN AGAIN! THE HOTEL MANAGER AT DUNCAN WAS ALSO UNSYMPATHETIC AND DIDNT OFFER ANY COMPENSATION & DIDNT FIRE HER EMPLOYEE! PATHETIC!

Disliked: I had to walk to the office about 3 times first because our rooms were not together as requested and then again for the cards.

I loved the stay here,...

Liked: What I loved about the room was how spacious it was!
Disliked: What I didn't like was the check in, I know I checked in around 11pm but there was no one up front and I waited and rang the bell for about 5mins, nobody came or acknowledge me so I had to call up front so they could come get the phone so they would see me up front to check me in.

It was good except for...

Disliked: I didn't get Deposit back because I left early and The state so I had to leave early Said , I couldn't have my deposit back until nine Which I left at about four a m to get home How can I get my deposit

Absolutely dirtiest place I’ve ever...

Liked: The staff was the ONLY good thing.
Disliked: After checking in, we noticed the bed had not been done. The bathroom light was not working at all so it was dark. Possibly to hide the fact that there was blood and it was incredibly filthy wee all over the bathroom. The toilet seat was also broken and the sink and overall area was incredibly dirty. It makes me believe this room was not checked at all before having us stay there. We did not stay at this place. We checked out and asked for a refund which the staff was kind to facilitate. Overall, horrible experience since we had to look for a new place at 11pm.
