Not happy here but great...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Smelled like marijuana, air conditioning the lowest setting and wouldn’t change. Either ice cube or burning up and stinking.

Liked: Very nice staff and very clean and great location will definitely stay again

Great location and good value...

Liked: Loved that the location was just off the highway and only one exit away from Kings Island and the Cincinnati Open tennis courts. There were plenty of options for dining within walking distance or a short drive away. The cleaning staff did a great job and both check in and check out went smoothly. Laundry machines and the ice machine were working and readily available anytime. Overall a pleasant stay with the location and price being the main draws.
Disliked: There was no breakfast. The pool looked a little rough. A lot of dogs. It didn’t bother us but if you have allergies, probably not the best place for you. There were all sorts of people staying, some pretty sketchy looking people staying long term. You could occasionally hear yelling and screaming from the hallways or see them hanging out the windows smoking.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for needs.
Disliked: we only had a problem with the deadbolt on the door and how the door opened. But we were fine about it.

Bad

Liked: the location was wonderful
Disliked: It had a horrible smell in the hallways and in the room. The floors were scratched and there were chunks taken out of the main door as if an animal was trying to get out. Same with the bathroom door.
