Passable

Liked: I did like the pool and the bathroom near the lobby was very clean.
Disliked: I didn’t like that me and my children had found two live roaches crawling in our room. We killed them however the rest of our night was restless. We had one crawling on our dresser and the other one was on the headboard of the first bed in our room.

Liked: Door would not lock when leaving had to keep asking for help later when returned for night deadlock got stuck could not open door to get out called desk they got us out had to gather belongings and move to a new room we were tired and frustrated got new room only - 1 washcloth next day asked for another one was told they did not have any were in wash we did get 2 the next day, pool needs some tlc

I was ripped off for...

Liked: Food was okay. There was no coffee, though.
Disliked: I reserved a suite, but the room was merely a bedroom with aa foldout bed in the corner. It was NOT a suite. Clerk seemed not to care about my concerns. The non-suite was overpriced. Nobody at the hotel seemed to give a damn about my displeasure.. I will NEVER stay at this place again. I will never stay with any facility belonging to this chain,
