Need improvement

Liked: The area was quiet and peaceful the desk clerk was nice and helpful the restroom in 213 was recently remodel
Disliked: No luggage carts ice machine on second floor looks like it been out of order for a while had to ask for towels for two breakfast very poor no eggs no meat only one waffle machine and one pot of coffee for a motel three floors high on July 4th 2025 it could have been better for the price

Disliked: Dirty, smelly, holes in bedding, the fact the fire alarm was ripped off the wall, no toilet paper in room or towels OR pillow cases on my bed

Disliked: The room was filthy. The sofa bed had stains all over it. Food was left inside the microwave.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Had a few inconsistencies, maybe due to lack of housekeeping staff. Nothing too overwhelming.

Good stay, however...

Liked: The location is great. Availability of snacks, and drinks. Morning breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. Loved that it is pet friendly.
Disliked: Linen was clean, however the comforter had some green splotches (possibly nail polish?) on it. The air conditioner never got to the 68° that I set it to, the day we were there the outside temperature was in the 90's, heat index at 100. The A/C took a few hours to cool the room. Eventually, it was a comfortable 73-75°.
