I did not expect much...

Liked: This isn't about what I liked. This is about using booking.com. This was my first time. Priceline and Expedia are way simpler to use. I had to verify my booking with the hotel and again with booking.com after I booked online. What should have been one transaction was actually three.
Disliked: It was hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Smokers were gathered in front of the building forcing us to enter and exit through a cloud of cigarette smoke. The towel rack in the bathroom was torn loose from the wall on the side nearest the tub. The tub was extremely slick which probably explains the towel rack. Our blanket on the bed was stained and had a burn hole in it. The room and bathroom has not been properly cleaned in a long time. Our socks turned black on the bottom so we threw them away when we left. I had to free the stuck mechanism in the toilet so it would flush.

I had a great stay.

Liked: Very nice and clean room. Nice staff, very comfortable bed. Very close to plenty of food and shopping places.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was just fine.
