Disliked: There was refraft outside Lady young girls. There was holes in the drapes. The curtains, the betting they didn't clean the room. The nextstay it was very unprofessional.

Disliked: Receptionist at the front desk was the worst experience. She doesn’t listen at all and build her own assumptions. She was rude, bad attitude and not welcoming. We came all the way from an 8 hour drive and she welcomed us with racism. Even though we had our reservation booked for 4 people she kept telling us you can’t go into one room with that many people and sleep on one bed. Clearly at her screen shows how we booked a two queen bed room yet still she kept on giving us a bad attitude and wasted our time instead of helping us get our room keys and rest for the night. It is not her job to ask us why we booked through a third party websites instead of directly calling the hotel. I didn’t have the option but to cancel, she made that decision for us. I should be fully refunded and without any cancellation fees not just sending me 8 dollars back.
