Disliked: Got in late and spent a total of 1-2 hours in the room before noticing a bed bug on the mattress next to me. I brought the bed bug down to reception and they had zero processes to deal with the situation. No offer to wash and dry my clothes to try and kill any potential infestation and they couldn't even give me garbage bags that didn't have holes in them to quarantine my stuff. Left me no choice but to leave at 2am and continue driving through the night. Booking.com only issued a partial refund which is ridiculous because I barely used the room.
