Disliked: The room was damaged. The safe was broken and the electrical outlets kept coming out of the wall

Disliked: They tried to keep my deposit of dirt on a towel (nothing damaged beyond repair or stained), called the cops on me when I told them I wasn't leaving without getting my deposit back, then gave me my deposit back when the cops showed up. I honestly think this place is trying to scam people out of money.

Disliked: The room walls were dirty, there was no maid service, the sink was cracked, the bathtub had cigarette burns on the rim it was also chipped, the blankets had burn holes, the handles on the sink and tub came off my husband had to fix them. The stay wasn't good.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The property itself is in disrepair. There was a large hole in our hand towel because it was so worn and several dirty marks on the walls, a little bit of mold on the shower curtain. They had given away the king room we booked and were unable to change or upgrade us as the twin was the same price as we paid but not the room we had paid for. The receptionist was very apologetic but would be good if they didn't randomly give away precooked rooms. It says the swimming pool is open but this is incorrect it is closed for maintenence long term. There is no wifi in the far rooms as the signal doesn't reach. Overall wouldn't stay here again but the bedding and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price and what we received I'd go elsewhere.

Horrible hotel with horrible staff...

Liked: The room was fairly clean except for the toilet. It had stains and ran all night long. Other than that I cannot think of anything that was really good about this hotel. It was cheaper than all the other hotels for the weekend and now I can see why.
Disliked: From the moment I entered the office things went downhill. The front desk lady was nowhere to be found. Eventually showing up she informed me that there would be a $50 deposit fee for damages. So I give her my card to run for $50 and she says it is declining. I get texts for every transaction and it had held the funds. Embarrassing me in front of everyone waiting she continues to yell that it's declined. Showing her my mobile bank charge it was not. She says that says pending and not that it charged. Everything pends on a debit card until it is processed through!! She did not say use a credit card which would have charged right away. My bank holds charges for 5 days sometimes until processed. So not only was my card holding those funds but I had to give them a cash depsoit. If I had not already paid for the room I would have left. The pool was closed with no plans on opening which is why we wanted to stay there to begin with. The room was somewhat acceptable other than the toilet running all night long and some of the lights not working. I would not recommend that people stay here. They clearly do not understand what it means for a charge to pend. They also seem like they are attempting scam people and at this time the charge is still pending so I don't even know if she really canceled it as she said. I cannot stand rude people who embarrass you in front of everyone. DO NOT STAY HERE!
