I was double charged. Facility...

Liked: The front desk was friendly
Disliked: Trash cans were all full. Garbage everywhere. Used drug syringes on the ground everywhere. Hair in bed and poor building conditions. I stayed at the "motel" for maybe an hour and was very uncomfortable so i left. I was double charged for the room. Not happy at all. The staff said take it up with booking.com and it was not their problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Disliked: The room had a strong smell of smoke, making me nauseous. Hotel need renovation, curtains was broken, bed comforters were burned and stained.

It was overall a good...

Disliked: It wasn’t the actual property itself that I had a issue with, my issue/problem was very loud,rude, neighbors. Slamming doors, cursing and they had a physical altercation that lasted over 5mins. I contacted the front desk and spoke to John (I believe that was his name) I explained to him my concern/complaint. He said he was coming up to see what was going on and he NEVER came up to see what the issue was. After the noise continue and I realized that he hadn’t came upstairs to check on the situation. I called back downstairs again, which is probably about 10 minutes after the first phone call he answered I stated who I was. He said to me OK he was very busy doing paperwork at the time he would come upstairs to check on it as soon as he had a chance. Again he never came upstairs. Let’s keep in mind because I didn’t mention in the beginning that this was after 11:00 PM my two year-old grandson was awaken out out of his sleep as well as myself and this noise continued up until 5 o’clock this morning and nothing was done about it. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED
