Liked: The room was very dirty , strong smell of cigarettes and mildew in the bathroom , the comforter for the bed full of holes and dirty , roaches in the bathroom, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are traveling with family, I was very embarrassed by this situation.

A dreadful sleepless night.

Liked: Free pet stay.
Disliked: I was uncomfortable the pillow was one per person, thin about 3 inches I could not sleep neither could my wife and son. I asked for more pillows, but the staff at the counter said he did not have any then I asked if he could collect some from some vacant room, he said sorry today is Saturday all rooms are booked so I could not sleep well with just a single pillow I hope the management takes action on Red roof inn. Also the safety door lock was broken. And there was no privacy as the bathroom door could not be locked.
