Liked: One staff member was great, the rest were not nice.
Disliked: The entire building was humid, upstairs has a very potent smell...probably bc the air wasnt on (we finally turned our side on half way in which helped a ton) there is no do not disturb cards for the rooms...but that doesnt matter, bc no one cleans the rooms. Bathtub does not drain well at all. Hairdryer is soooo old, od be scared to use it. One light is very shady when turning on and off. Be very careful with the microwave as it does not turm off when you stop it unless you physically turn it off, it doesnt have food, it will spark. All of the doors looks like someone has actively tried to break into them, which is very concerning. Our lock was hanging by a thread. Our key card only worked for one pass. So we had to go back down after every time (super annoying...especially considering we are in the top floor) on the second day maintenance started working at 9pm til 12am...I called several times bc we were her with a kid for a camp. It just made things worse. It started back up at 6am....so no sleep for us. One guy we talked to was so mean and told us to pack up and talk to the manger tm and leave tm. Yea id do that if that was an option! No manger was available and no one could give refunds! So here I sit! After no cleaned the room and only have one towel and one wash cloth for 2 people since Wednesday and it now being Saturday, I went down to ask for more....apparently they are supposed to clean every other day. But they dont have any clean towels they dont have any towels at all. A guest who lives there gave us pool towels though. Worst experience Ive had and we stay at a lot of hotels.

Liked: Rooms were clean as was all the hotel
Disliked: Staff did not have rooms ready. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went on to the room and no one was there. After going back and forth to the desk 3 times because the key wouldn’t work the desk clerk couldn’t ever get into the room and never did .

Liked: It was nice and clean
Disliked: The only bad thing was there was a door on the side of the building that didn’t have a lock and you could just open and go in and out with out a key.

Liked: The staff were very nice and accommodating. The lady we had checking in was super great
Disliked: The hotel itself didn't look very well cared for. The beds were like sleeping on rocks. The sheets had mysterious red stain I thought looked like blood, so I just slept on the top sheet.

Liked: I ve had a very bad experience with this place and I also contacted red roof inn peroneal with not one room but 2 I booked online
Disliked: Rude and was lied to about everything when I got there by them at the hotel

Liked: The staff was very nice and welcoming. I booked 1 room with 2 Queens and a pull out couch which was not available they gave us a room with 2 queens then a room with 1 king to accommodate our group size.
Disliked: As I kept saying "at least there are no bugs". Our sheets had stains, the rooms were dusty, and our bathrooms had mold. The swimming pool could use a good skimming and it was freezing. I now know what the people of Titanic felt like. Over all it felt stale and needing an update for furniture and renovations for the bathrooms.
