Great for our group but...
Liked: Near highway but far enough away from traffic that no noise
Disliked: Pool closed. Room smelled like wet dog. However comfortable beds and large rooms!

Disliked: We always stay here when we come to Richmond but the room we had (223) was not good. The shower was crazy. The shower head wasn’t working great. The knob that controls the temp of the refrigerator was broken off. Reported it to the night shift staff. There were two light bulbs missing. One by the bed and one above the frig and the bed going towards the window was messed up. I Always sleep on side and I could not do that because when I went to lay down on the bed you could feel the spings in the bed and it felt like it had sunk.Called down to front desk to see about switching rooms but they were completely booked for the night. We stayed that Friday evening and part of Saturday but then checked out and came home to a bed I could sleep in comfortably.
