Disliked: I didn't even want to take a shower. Two Itty bitsy towels asked for an extra an it was like pulling a tooth. Pillows are as flat as the sheetz. Alot of extra activities going on also. Not family friendly!

Liked: Good location quiet
Disliked: Not clean, we had 2 visitors come by to give us their condolences each has a therapeutic animal chihuahua under 5 pounds and 1030 manager sent 2 people to Say we were in violation hotel and needed to vacate early ,,, the rules state 1 pet free a fee after 1 pet nowhere does it state you can’t have a visitor stop by .. we had no be sleep there. Bor animals stay with uszzzz

Liked: Friendly staff at check in
Disliked: Mattresses could be cleaner but had mattress pad and sheet and top sheet

It was fine.

Liked: The room was fine. Had an early flight the next morning. Easy to get to the airport.
Disliked: While waiting to check in the desk clerk and a gentleman were arguing and wanting to fight.

Great value stay near Richmond...

Liked: The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, room is clean.
Disliked: It's a bit of a noisy location, recommend staying on the top floor and on the backside of the hotel.

Disliked: Location was somewhat noisy, with what sounded like late evening street racing on the main road (Fri/Sat), and loud guests coming from check-in (our room was near the office).
