There was NO stay and...

Liked: I was denied service after paying reservation because I was too close to my house and property the guy say they can’t rent to anybody who address was within 75 mile but wouldn’t give money back and I had a screaming 1 year old when we got rained out of camping and just needed a room left me with no money and no room with a baby I will never recommend these people
Disliked: I liked nothing about this place they were so careless

Terrible experience – avoid this...

Disliked: I booked a room for 2 adults, but when we arrived after a 5-hour drive, they refused to check us in because my wife had forgotten her ID.- They would not let us stay, even though I had my ID, and the reservation was on my name.- They refused to refund our money.- They ignored Booking.com’s attempts to contact them about this issue.The man at the reception simply said, with no attempt to help, that “every hotel requires every guest to present ID.” We went to another hotel at midnight and checked in without any problems. Truly terrible service.
