Awesome staff; super easy to find off the highway and in a nice location. Rooms were a little small, as was the TV, but for the price I really cannot complain. Stayed for the 4th of July weekend for the Phish shows and was pleasantly suprised - would stay here again when going to SPAC.
Liked: Super friendly staff; clean rooms; great price.

Great location, great staff, room...
Liked: The convenience of being right off of the highway. Easy access
Disliked: The type of people that were loitering in the parking lot at all hours. The room was not very clean.

Liked: was in a decent area.
Disliked: as soon as i walked in there were bugs flying in my face. specifically fruit flies. absolutely no parking at all. the stairs inside are wood with some nails hanging out of them (unfinished). had a distinct smell. the room was pretty toilet seat was superrr low. beds were okay but even though we had checked for bugs we couldn’t stop itching once we left due to the feeling of something being on us.

Disappointing.
Liked: Location good near the highway
Disliked: They charged me more than the rate of my reservation on Booking.com. When I asked them to resolve it, they said I needed to come back on Monday and see the manager. It was Saturday night. Not feasible. Also, there was supposed to be a continental breakfast as advertised then I was informed it was a grab and go of Walmart mini muffins and then in the morning there was actually nothing.

Liked: Location and 1 staff member that checked us in
Disliked: Our TV didn't work, we took showers in cold water for 3 days. We repeatedly reported to staff. It never got fixed. The heater in our room didn't work unless it was turned up to 75. The bed was uncomfortable with tiny size pillows. The carpet was stained and needed replacing. There was 1 staff member that was pleasant. The rest were less than. There is a card in rooms asking that you reuse your towels . Staff was outside against the building passing their bowl back and forth assuming smoking pot. It was by far the worst experience I've ever dealt with.
