Disliked: Hotel had all kinds of druggies in it. People near or IN FRONT of my door so I couldnt get in. Have videos.The room smelled like someone died in it.Absolutely horrible.

Liked: The location was close to my family whom I came to visit.
Disliked: There was a policy in place where I had to wait for the morning housekeeping in order to receive extra towels. There were 2 towels and 2 wash clothes but 3 people listed on the reservation. Front desk staff stated she could not give me toilet pair until the morning house keeping arrived. When they did, I was waiting 2 hours after 3 attempts to just get extra towels. The definition of extra is more than the usual set. Once I received the 2 towels and wash clothes around 10-11am I was then unable to receive any additional when I asked for them.

Disliked: Bad place. Smell so bad, and was fleas on the bed...so noise

Disliked: Even though it’s suppose to b smoke free rooms the smoke smell was so intense I could hardly breathe the 1st night until I had to buy air fresheners…

Liked: Cleanliness of the hotel and very friendly staff.
Disliked: The Entrance and Exit pojnt of the Hotel from US 1 South. It's sometimes a long time to exit from the hotel, and the entrance is too conjusted.

Disappointing

Disliked: Them not having microwaves,, refrigerators,, and ice machine didn't wrk
