Wouldn’t come again.

Liked: Rust in the water, water marks on the ceiling, definitely not worth what I paid for it. The outside sitting area had trash and cigarette butts from past guests. The idea was nice but the execution was poor.

Our stay was great.

I will not be back.

Liked: Location was good. Great pool aesthetics with the landscaping and shape of pool.
Disliked: - room was dirty with holes that appeared to be punched in the bathroom door- mattresses were very uncomfortable- NO towels! We had two towels in our suite (booked for 5 people), there were never any towels during our stay in the pool area, and I asked the desk three separate times for towels and they said they had none.- the pool deck needs painted and there were clumps of hair in the pool- the pool was very warm and the hot tub was cold- there were several sketchy people there (long term tenants and people outside on the side walk; some were clearly homeless, they came in and got coffee then left)

Stay somewhere else

Liked: I liked the fact that it had a pool and the pool area.
Disliked: I didn't like that the pool wasn't completely full. It was supposed to be heated but still rather cold. The hot tub was one you buy from like home depot the temp said 104 but felt like 80. So much chlorine or bleach it was suffocating when the Jets were on. We we were already in there, and a woman came over and said that when they had come out to use it earlier, the water was like yellow and had black all around the top rim of it. Had I known that I would have never gotten in much less, let my kids in there. There were no pool towels, and when I asked the front desk for some, he asked how many I needed. I said 6, and he said that's impossible. Mind you, I had rented 2 rooms for 6 people. The elevator was so scary to use! We had to push the button like 6 to 10 times bf the elevator would even come, and that took like literally 7 to 10 min with no exaggeration!!! The hallway carpet was full of stains and what appeared to be physical vomit that had been there, for I don't know how long. In the room, the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped for a while , the tub and restroom looked so dirty as well. I called the front desk for more towels bc for 4 people there were only 2, he said if i wanted them i had to come down and get them. I tried to use the vending machines to get something to drink about 11pm and the front desk said it was closed so i asked for an ice machine and she said that was also closed. The only thing clean was the bed but not comfortable at all and the 2 towels. THANKFULLY It was just a one night stay, and I toughed it out, but I do not recommend this hotel even if it was the last one available. The only reason I stayed was because I had already paid and it was non refundable!!
