Liked: The beds were comfortable. We liked having the full-size refrigerator and microwave with a table.
Disliked: We were located next to the elevator, and the walls were thin. You could hear it going up and down, even the "dings" when it got to the floor. The location is poor, police and ambulance sirens were heard at least 10 times a day, if not more. It is also located near train tracks. The train would blow the whistle at 3 am. Again, thin walls and windows... the sleep quality because of all the noise was terrible. We tried to get the fan to run continuously to drown in out, but even that would let us do it. For a "premium" suite, I was disappointed.

Decently good stay

Liked: Bed was decently comfortable.Room fairly clean, except the bathroom had some funk in the corners and the kitchenette was not well cleaned.Good value for the days that we stayed.Front desk staff were nice.
Disliked: Housekeeping staff was different every single day. Some of them looked sketchy. One day they didn't even show up to take out our trash or bring clean towels.The location is at an extremely noisy intersection. Train horns and ambulance/police sirens at all hours of the day and night.

Expectations were definitely not met...

Liked: Room was a good size for our family and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room keys continued to quit working for the building and the room. The stovetop in the room also did not work, meaning my family had to order food and eat snacks our entire stay instead of being able to feed my kids the meals we had brought to cook. Someone was sent to our room and they just plugged the stovetop in and said it would work, it just flashed Error. The air conditioner also left puddles on the floor, which sent maintenance trying to enter our room via keys our last morning there apologizing that he was informed no one was staying in the room.
