Good for what we needed...

Liked: Good location for us to visit with family.
Disliked: It wasn’t the cleanest. Vending machines didn’t work.

Not worth the money

Liked: Location, close to a few attractions and restaurants
Disliked: It was dirty on every level.. room was not cleaned the whole stay, not enough towels, wash cloths, hand towels, soaps, shampoos... Marijuana smells in the hallways. Staff was nice but there was never anyone at the front desk when I tried to check in, I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out. I had to set in my car until I saw someone moving around in there. Upon check out noone was at the front desk and they left a cell number to call. I called the number 6 times which was sent straight to VM.. I had to send a text to get a response. What should have taken 5 minutes to check in and check out ended up taking an extra hour of my time. I was not happy and very disappointed!

Tree House Summer Stage stay

Liked: The location to Tree House Brewery. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our room change request. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The overall condition of the hotel. Definitely didn't have high expectations, yet still felt disappointed in the value of the room.

Not up to most Red...

Liked: Location was convenient. A/C was cold.
Disliked: They have a 100% no smoking or vape policy; however, people are (apparently) allowed to come in from side access doors with one lit in their hands. The shower had a black hair ’wad’ that was left from a previous tenant. I found two bugs (beetles) in the room. They charged an incidental fee, but you had to request it to be returned- even if you didn’t break policy or use any extras.

Liked: Good staff at front desk. Great location for why I was staying there.
Disliked: Absolutely everything on the property was FILTHY! The outside was not taken care of. The hallways and stairwells hadn't been swept or vacuumed probably ever. The floors in the room were all dirty. Basically the only "clean" parts were the toilet and the bedding.... until the bedding got wet. The air conditioner left dampness on every single surface in the room including the bedding.

Disliked: The place is a dump badly in need of renovations.There is no longer a pool there, which your website promotes, which is one of the reasons I chose it.
