Do NOT stay at this hotel. It is dirty, the rooms smell, we did not feel safe. My fiancé didn't sleep at all because he thought we were going to get robbed.

Disliked: It's dirty; the rooms smell.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It was a very nice environment for myself and my friends to spend the night. The only thing was that there was no shampoo in our room for whatever reason, but we managed.

Liked: Rooms were very cozy; spacious for three people; television was awesome.
Disliked: Not many staff; had to wait two hours to get into the hotel (ended up arriving after the concert).

Overall, my friend and I were very satisfied with our stay. For the price that we paid for the room, we truly got our money's worth.

Liked: The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable.
Disliked: Our shower leaked so we had to put towels down on the floor against the tub to stop the problem.

I have stayed at this Red Roof every time I have attended a concert at First Niagara, for about 15 years. Consequently, the hotel is a very busy place at about 2:00 a.m. when all the concert-goers return, and the thin walls don't conceal noise well from the hallway and other rooms. Over the years, the facility has improved a great deal. Recently remodeled rooms were very nice for the price. Staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the addition of room service was a nice surprise. Former Denny's next door has been reborn as a wonderful Grill and Diner eatery - a tad pricey but worth it. Close to excellent mall and Sheetz just across the highway. Will stay here again.

Liked: Good rates, in-room WI-FI.
Disliked: Poorly marked entrance to lot; thin walls.
