Nice stay for the money. Staff were very nice. Coffee or tea available 24 hours in lobby.
Liked: Lots of outlets. Clean.
Disliked: No refrigerator in room. Vending didn't work. Bathroom tiny.

Liked: The close proximity to the turnpike was a big plus Very clean room. Very comfortable and cozy.
Disliked: The deposit required for the room. I still haven't been refunded as of yet. The staff never told me how long it would take to be refunded. More clarity would have been appreciated.

You get what you pay...
Liked: I liked the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like the surprise $50 incidental deposit. Although it was refunded, I was not aware of the policy. I felt like I was being rushed when I received a knock at the door at 11:15 am telling me that it was time to check out. I informed the desk that I would be out before noon. The photos on the website were taken with a wide angle lens, which made the room appear larger than it actually was. I paid for a room with upgraded smacks, which consisted of one bag of microwave popcorn, one bottle of Apple and Eve orange juice, one granola bar, and one package of expired mini muffins.

Disliked: I book the room and when I still have to pay cause they say the credit card from Booking declined so I paid and they say I will get back my money from booking I haven't

Unacceptable Experience. No heat in...
Liked: There was nothing that I liked.
Disliked: My room had no heat! The person in the lobby gave me a hard time and told me to wait up to 30 minutes to see if it came on. I waited, same temperature with the thermostat on 80 degrees. The maintenance guy only came in the room, felt the area the heat was supposed to come out of, and lied saying there was heat. It was too cold to take my coat off. I called customer service and filed a complaint. Then, and only then, did they give me another room (on the same floor), with the same problem. I don't believe there was heat at all. Again, I was told to wait. I waited, no heat - same temperature. The guy at the front desk told me I am not getting my money back because there is heat. I said that is not true. I ended up leaving the hotel around 1.5 hours after I got there with the front desk giving me a smirk. I did not receive my security deposit back. Ridiculous experience. You should be in business like this.
