Needs a Refresh

Liked: Location was pretty good. Price was very good. Appeared rooms had tried to be renovated within the last year or two.
Disliked: Needed a good cleaning. Bathroom door was rotten and falling apart on bottom. Stained sheets. Tiny soap bar.
