Disliked: I paid for this room through booking.com and there was no room for me at the hotel. I had to pay for another hotel on my own and still haven’t been confirmed for a refund through this website. I really need this resolved asap

Liked: The rooms were clean n it was a quiet peaceful stay as usual
Disliked: The property has lots of big potholes in the parking lot. I hit one and it cut my tire making it go flat. Then I had to put on a spare tire in the rain and find a tire shop open on a Sunday. And I wasn't reimbursed for the damages

Liked: Nothing went well, unfortunately. the second key card worked so I was glad for that.
Disliked: The sheets weren't fresh and the tables weren't sticky. It was so bad . When I met the manager he was disheveled as if he had just arose from a room. Once I called it in, Bookies handled it.
