Lousy room and staff

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The room was unattractive and did not have tissues or disposable cups. The loud fan which went on when the light switched on was deafening.The worst was the sign at the desk when we checked in. It listed the cost of towels, etc if stolen. Not very hospitable. When we asked direction to our local destination, the employee behind the desk curtly siad, "'m not from around here." And made no effort to help us.

Liked: absolutely nothing!
Disliked: there Was no hot water for 2 days and there was roaches everywhere, I tried calling the front desk several times before I realized there was no phone line for the rooms phone! I finally went down to the front desk and was told there was nothing they can do until the next day, the next day came and still no hot water, they moved me to another room that smelled like cat litter! just horrible!

Liked: The staff at the front desk was great and the location perfect
Disliked: The sheet on the bed wasn't looking clean and when I reach in my room I realize I didn't get the wifi code
