Disliked: Dirty al over. Staff is not attentive. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but this place is not convenient at all. Very bad choice to book a room in this location.

Absolutely Unacceptable Stay – Dirty...

Disliked: We stayed at Red Roof Inn Pensacola and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The commode was dirty and clearly used, the wash basin was filthy, and bed sheets were not changed — it was obvious the room had not been cleaned at all. The surroundings were also dirty and poorly maintained.When we reported this to the front desk, the receptionist said he could “just make a note in the register” and offered no help, no apology, no room change — nothing. We ended up sleeping on towels we spread over the bed because we couldn’t trust the sheets.No responsibility, no basic hygiene, and absolutely no customer care.Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs.

Disliked: The room had mold on the ceilings in the bathroom. The beds felt at least 20 years old springs poke through the mattresses. There were baby cockroaches everywhere.

Liked: The location was the only positive thing I could say about this facility
Disliked: The manager made me wait for four hours to check in once I did. I was given a room that didn’t have any bedding in it, and the mattress had black mold growing on it in probably a dozen spots. I took video and pictures of it. It was stained heavily with bodily fluids. I found roaches in my room. I wasn’t in it 34 minutes and just it was disgusting absolutely filthy and disgusting. I went back to the office and was greeted by a manager that wanted to yell tell me to shut up and that I could leave he got mad and said why did you go into a room that wasn’t ready and I cannot understand this because I went in the room because I was given the card to enter the room and told it was ready. He was the manager. He was very arrogant had no sense of customer service at all. He acted like everyone was an adversary. He was probably one of the top most unprofessional people I’ve ever known his assistant, but I think with his wife and trying to deal with her she would just sit there and actually physically put her fingers in her ears and look away to not listen to you. The housekeeper came in and this poor woman looked so overworked. I was afraid she was about to have a cardiac event and I could tell what was going on that she was doing all this hard work and the manager in his wife was sitting in the office doing nothing and they were not supporting her and she’s trying to keep the place running, but she doesn’t have the management experience I talked with her and she looked like she was ready to walk off the job and she was almost in tears. I don’t know if this manager and his wife are keeping this place looking disgusting so that people would just leave and then they can do a refund in pocket of money yeah I don’t know but something is going on at this this place there were hardly any cars in the parking lot and also the same time that I was in the office trying to get my concerns addressed there were two other people separate guest that had the same complaint as me.
