Great location, lousy service

Liked: Location Peace/quietKitchen ( fridge+microwave+coffee machine)Ample parking
Disliked: Service! I visited tbis place many times in ver the last 10 years, but the service was really bad this time:-Dirty floor and toilette, not cleaned during 5 days stay- no maid service- inconsistent supplies ( room for two had only one small towel. At the reception they gave one large and one small, received two large towels on day 4- coffee - had only one decaf pod. reception also had only decaf, maids ( met in the corridor) gave 2 regular pods one day, nothing more during the rest of the5 day stay.

Disliked: The staff did not clean the rooms right the staff did not communicate took all my stuff out of the refrigerator the first night I was there then the second week they did it again no communication got some old people cleaning up to get some younger people more motivated

Worst motel ever

Disliked: We had plastic pillows 🫨, we called the reception and the person said they were out of pillows then hung up right away.The shower was leaking, the bathroom didn't have a lock and there was a big hole in the wall by the toilet paper 😳.To make it worse, they didn't clean up the room for the whole 3 nights we stayed in there.

Liked: The whole stay the AC didn’t work every day I complained never got fix if you didn’t ask for the bathroom to be cleaned they don’t clean it and the people who clean the place don’t speak any English the lady was trying to clean the bathroom while my daughter was in the shower

Never again

Disliked: We requested a non smoking room and were leaving with all our clothes and stuff smelling like cigarettes. No towels and toiletries in the bathroom. I went to get the towels at the check in window and got only one. They have hairdryer in amenities but you won’t find it.
