Horrible experience and customer service

Disliked: Made reservations through booking and paid via PayPal. Arrived at the hotel 3hours later and was told there was no reservation even though they charged my account and I had a confirmation number. Woman at the counter was very rude with me and said if I wanted to stay I would have to pay AGAIN. Unfortunately I needed the room for a measly 4hrs so I was charged twice for a 4hr stay and never was refunded my first payment because “booking couldn’t get ahold of redwoof” to verify that I was denied room. Will never stay at another red roof again, or book through booking.com

I recommend Redroof inn to...

Liked: Friendly staff all around and very clean compared to ot of tbe surrounding hotels
Disliked: Couldn't sit at the pool area after certain time but it's understandable
