Disliked: The door didn't lock. No grab bars in the restroom nor place to hang clothes.

Liked: The room was comfortable and good enough for a family of 4. It's very near to Niagara falls and very convenient.
Disliked: The room was convenient and good enough but it was not clean. I feel the cleanliness was not upto the mark.

Liked: Location is amazing rooms are very clean and spacious enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and nice the outdoor pool was amazing too.. Very pleased with stay

Bed bugs

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Disliked: The place is infested with bed bugs and when telling the staff she said room 132 didn’t looked shocked.

Liked: Availability near our travel date and they are pet friendly
Disliked: The property is not clean and and when they said non smoking it still smells cigarette. The whole structure and fixtures are old and worn out.

Disliked: People were playing loud music and talking loudly all over the night outside near the window, it was so annoying and couldn't sleep peacefully.
