Disliked: No ironing board, no iron, went down to the desk no staff kept pressing the #0 as it said finally the person came out this room on the left hand side, she was sleeping smh.

Disliked: Did not feel safe it's half homeless shelter and as soon as we checked in told us lock your car not a safe place

Liked: Overall, the hotel and the room had everything I needed.
Disliked: However, I would have appreciated more friendliness from the reception staff. When I approached the desk and gave my name, the man sitting at the computer simply replied with “What?” — no greeting, no “How can I help you?”, just that
