Liked: How fast the staff resolved the problem.
Disliked: I made reservations for at room with spa and when we got there the rooms were all sold out.

Disliked: There was holes in the wall the heater didn't work the bathroom was missing the overhead light panel no coffee or other amenities word exposed

it was a headache dealing...

Liked: location
Disliked: when I checked in the bathtub and the sink were clogged. it took almost an hour for the maintenance to get there and almost an hour to fix the issues , it was so inconvenient. the receptionist won’t let me check in to a different room . they should check everything before letting a guest check in.
