Bring a Swiffer.

Liked: I liked that it was quiet and the toilet was clean.
Disliked: The floor was super dirty. Like it hasn't been mopped or swiffered in 2 months. Towels were small and rough.

Advanced booking dishonoured and no...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I booked 7 months in advance as I needed a disability access room for four nights on these particular dates. Check in time was after 3 pm so we arrived at 3:15 pm on a hot day only to be told they had no accessible rooms and none at all on first floor and no lift to second floor. They had emailed that morning to confirm my booking but not only did they not honour the booking, they did not email ahead of time to allow me to try to make other arrangements. They were not sorry. This was disgusting behaviour and showed no compassion for an overseas disabled visitor.

Never stay there!

Liked: Very friendly staff but still we didn’t get the room we booked and had to pay more.
Disliked: The room was extremely dirty! The floor was swept and covered with dirt and dust on the shelf’s and even food stains on the wall. Also it was so loud from the street and the air condition was making constantly horrible noises even when turned off.
