Disliked: Dirty hotel. Sheets dirty, stains on walls, ceiling. Terrible smells through hotel. Tiles missing in bathroom. Toilet wobbly. AC unit falling apart.

Liked: Very good Mexican restaurant next to it.
Disliked: I got bit by bed bugs. It was horrible, I woke up in the night with burning on my forearms. Then I found the bug, squished it and blood came out. The next morning I had to go to the laundromat immediately and wash everything. Come on Red Roof Inn, awful

Disliked: Had to try three rooms to get one the first room someone was already there the second room nothing was not working right the third room was good

Disliked: We had a vehicle breakdown 4.5 hrs from home but we’re still 1.5 hrs away from our destination at Morehead University. Only my son and I, we called and called, starting around 9:20 pm to discuss that we would likely not make our reservation due to unforeseen emergency. For over an hour. I messaged, called. Then called 1-888 # and even they couldn’t contact the Red Roof. Now I have to deal with Booking.com to rectify the situation since apparently nobody works at Red Roof after 9pm ar night lol
