Liked: Nothing hot and food outdated.
Disliked: The room was dirty then when I ask for a broom they wouldn't let me use one and didn't come to the room to clean.

Just don’t.
Disliked: Reserved three rooms. One wasn’t ready and had a 30-minute wait. I couldn’t get into my room because the electronic key wasn’t activated. Had to go outside and get the desk clerk, who was smoking, to help. He had to walk across the street to the Days Inn to get it reprogrammed. It took more than half an hour to get checked in. The hotel was loud and the toilet ran all night. Don’t waste your money staying at this dump.

Disliked: Bed bugs Continental breakfast was just bread no coffee no water only one person on the staff would even speak to us and I've been waiting on 2 weeks for the refund for finding bed bugs and not actually being able to sleep in the hotel

Bed bugs nasty
Disliked: This place is a dump and should be shut down completely by the health department not just the pool! Bed bug city!! 3 people at the front desk complaining about the same issue. The guy at the counter pretty much losing his mind. Told us to talk to a manager but didn’t know when they would be in. My two daughters and I ended up sleeping in the car while my husband did a check for bugs on the desk chair luckily there wasn’t any so he tried to sleep because it was 4 am and he had to sleep so that he could drive later that morning back home. We were here for a visit to MSU the location was the only good thing about this place.The whole place is disgusting. There is no breakfast well uncles you consider a loaf of bread breakfast.

Highly disappointed
Liked: The room was pretty clean for the most part
Disliked: The pool was closed down (sign started by the Rowan co health department) which is concerning. Went down for breakfast at 730 which is advertised to go until 9am there was a few slices of bread, some butter, apple juice, orange juice and one yogurt. They didn't even have coffee or creamer 😞 no cereal, no bagels, no muffins, like I was extremely disappointed. They did have a giavonnis pizza box sitting there I anyone night shift sat it on the toaster and forgot. We spoke with room service on our way out and asked for services as they'd skipped our room all together, she said sure thing, they didn't make the bed, take out the trash, just gave us a few towels 🤷🏼♀️ I guess you get what you pay for but we picked that room due to the pool which it didn't have!
