Liked: A nice, basic and clean room. No frills. Good spot for sleeping.

Our air conditioner stopped working...

Disliked: the staff was unprofessional and the room was stuffy because our air didn’t work it wasn’t clean and the Hot water didn’t work

Liked: I was scared when I checked in. Their was a guy with track marks on both arms wondering around behind the desk while another guy checked me in. I ask if it was safe to stay.
Disliked: They do monthly rentals and the people there was doing drugs in the parking lot, it smelt so strong of pot that my room smelled like it. The police was there at one point looking for something in front of building . I was scared as was my dog. I left around 2 am

Disliked: People standing in front of room upon arrival. The room was nasty. The room was awful. my husband ask for refunds due to condition of the room. when checked end pay 80 difference very upscale room

Disliked: a lot of mold in bathroom. Dirty stained beds. ripped couch. dangerous area with gun shots and screaming in the middle of the night. talked with staff about our issues and they didn’t even apologize just said oh have a good day that was room cleaned… showed pictures of stains and mold and was told of well that room was cleaned again.. asked to speak with manager but apparently management would not be there…
