Although the room was nice and beds were comfortable, the person at reception was less than welcoming. He made no eye contact and was almost rude.

Liked: Room was clean; beds were comfortable; nice and quiet.
Disliked: Reception.

Liked: It was nice and quiet. Convenient location . I loved the cleanliness of the rooms. My friend and I had the king-size suite. It was very spacious and clean. Even the bathroom was a nice, roomy size. The refrigerator kept food and drinks nice and cold. The microwave was clean. Bed comfortable. Tv's worked! 1st pet free! I was able to bring my fur babie, my yorkie. I truly loved that perk. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay! Thanks, Red roof Inn.
Disliked: Should include breakfast options. Otherwise, it's very pleasant.

Exceptional

Liked: We needed a handicap-friendly room, with a roll-in shower and a seat. The bathroom was perfectly set up for somebody with a mobility problem. We were very pleased with that.
Disliked: Nothing, really. Check in and out was easy. The staff at check-in (after midnight) were very friendly and helpful.

Mediocre.

Liked: The location is close to my work.
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated. The charge to stay could have been cheaper especially since I’m here for work.They need to offer a discount for Local Unionized workers who have to travel!
