Disliked: The desk manager/ownerWas upset because the kids splashed water out of the pool and got it on the windows, floor and walls. We rented a hotel with a pool for the kids to have a good time to splash and have funMy older son and grandkids came to visit and he went swimming with the kids and was playing with them. He jumped up in the pool and was pretending to catch them and the manager/owner said he is too big for the pool and splashes too muchMy son is 6’1 and 250lbs. I was there on vacation visiting my son and grandkids and with his attitude and comments he made the visit at the hotel very uncomfortable! Will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again Terrible customer service Terrible experience Bed was a full size with black metal frame Very uncomfortable and smaller than requested
