Liked: The lady at the front desk is always so kind and eventually always dealing with complaints about the hotel itself that she has no control over she is truly an angel despite everything she is always kind to me I know as a truck driver I usually come in frustrated and tired and looking for some rest and a shower and try and relax from all the noises at the truckstop and traffic and people but she still is courteous.
Disliked: What I don't like is mainly this hotel needs an upgrade with new beds possibly where you don't feel the springs maybe try investing in foam mattresses also the light fixtures to not be so loose when connecting something to charge sometimes I feel like I am going to get electrocuted and the ac units make a lot of noise may need some upgrading or change because the air blows out real light and its fresh not cold. That night specifically also the elevator was down you should have more people on call for maintenance since Laredo has people who can come out and service and not inconvenience the guest I'm glad I am not disabled yet because that would have been bad on my back. I was able to walk up to the 2nd floor and back down.

Liked: Clean good value quiet .shower worked. Hot water. In the shower. Hot coffee in the morning. Tv controller worked.

Liked: Overall, it was okay. Convenient location, parking was convenient.
Disliked: The hotel needs an update. Some USB and C ports, convenient electrical outlets. Next time through I would probably stay at a hotel that has breakfast, and refrigerators.
