Not happy this time

Liked: The shower was great.
Disliked: No body was at the desk when we got there and we had to wait.The people next to us were fighting and was very loud.When we left no one was at the desk again and she seen me coming in and she went to the back.

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The floor felt wet and it was dirty.

Disliked: The refrigerator froze all our food. The sink would not drain. The floor was dirty in the bathroom. Usually we don't have any issues but this time it was not as good.
