Liked: Staff was courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The room was disgusting. Strong smell of cigarettes and musty odor. Peeling paint on the ceilings. Several light fixtures were broken and the mattress was torn with springs exposed.

Liked: Good price and location.
Disliked: It wasn't very clean and there were burn marks on the comforter. The ice machine was broken and the safe didn't work.

Disliked: They refused to give me a booked paid room when i arrived holding to someone that might come after 9 pm where i had a family in the car

Disliked: We where part of 65 other people who were sold rooms that were unavailable. so at 11pm my spouse and I where desperately searching for a room, in a city we where unfamiliar with. far from our home!
