Disliked: I booked a year in advance and they gave our superior King Room away because we were not there by 6:00 pm said they did not have a number to call me and it is clearly on your site plus my email. Had to pay more to sleep in a double room with very uncomfortable beds. Housekeeping never came. Very dissatisfied. Said it was their policy if you’re not there by 6:00 to give room away not sure how we were suppose to know that on your site.

Disliked: That they tried to charge you before you get there when they did took down the wrong card number and canceled my reservation was told that the nite desk would rather me stay elsewhere but I prevailed and got to stay at the property after paying an extra 30$

It's economical

Liked: It was affordable and centrally located for my needs. Staff was friendly. Water was hot shortly after turning it on.
Disliked: The heater in the room was broken. I informed the desk, but nothing happened. Also, the bathtub filled with 4" of water with every shower. The plumbing needs some attention.
