Disliked: Reservation for king but got twins.Tried to check-in at 4:30 and said still not ready since having trouble with employees.Stayed 3 nights and bed never made up once.2nd night had to get door card reactivated. Toilet kept running and I had to fix each time

Liked: I was in a bad situation and unable to be at my home. I needed somewhere to stay. Red roof was cheap, professional, and great service. Yes this hotel could use an update but for the price, I felt 100 safe with my daughter.
