Liked: Clean, close to Interstate. Good neighborhood, Lowes, Electrical Store, Medical facilities. Good coffee in the lobby. Good Price, park by the front door of room.

Liked: There was nothing that I liked about the hotel.
Disliked: The blankets on the beds were dirty and had stains on them. The shower was dirty. The tv didn't work. And the washer and dryers were broken.

Liked: Location, cost
Disliked: This hotel had no hot water so I couldn't even take a shower, this hotel also did not return my deposit & I'm disputing that right now

Disliked: Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There were cracks in the walls and ceiling. The lock on the door was broken. Check in and check out process was slow and long.

Liked: The price
Disliked: There was a foul smell of cigarettes or cigars. The room was supposed to be 100 smoke-free. the 2nd room was just a little less than the 1st.

Liked: It was cheap.
Disliked: Again similar hotel as Motel 6 Fishers on how it's run, when it comes to arbitrary rules made. Had called and informed the hotel staff there's no working phone line and they keep telling me it will be fixed. To the day I checked out, it wasn't resolved.
